The situation in Israel is not improving with respect to human rights.

Saber Ahmed Jazbhay wrote that Prime Minister Binyamin reminds him of a poker player prepared to bluff his way at the expense of others and gambling that President Obama will be a one term president. There is no definitive commitment to restart negotiations and plans to build thousands more settlements in East Jerusalem go in the opposite direction.

UNICEF Australia has been actively defending the rights of children for over 40 years. Based in downtown Sydney, they have a network of volunteers all over the country supporting the children in need in sometimes hard to access locations in the desert. The funds raised come from government, individuals or companies, and this could not have be possible without UNICEF's high profile ambassadors such as actress Nicole Kidman.
